These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Coach Messy's training services and website. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking training sessions, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

Coach Messy provides goaltending training services including:

• Private one-on-one training sessions ($75/hour)
• Group training sessions ($60/hour for 2-4 goalies)
• Video analysis and feedback
• Personalized training plans
• Mental coaching and performance optimization

Booking and Payment

Booking: All training sessions must be booked through our online booking system or by direct arrangement with Coach Messy.

Payment: Payment is due after completion of the training session. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods. Payment arrangements can be made directly with Coach Messy.

Group Lesson Pricing: Group lesson pricing ($60/hour) will only be honored if the group is filled (2-4 goalies). If the group is not filled, solo pricing ($75/hour) will apply. Students in group sessions must be within 3 years of age of each other.

Private Lesson Modifications: While private lessons are honored, Coach Messy reserves the right to notify you if another student wishes to join the session. You have the option to accept or decline the group arrangement. Your preference will be respected.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in being charged for the session.

No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice will result in being charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

Coach Cancellations: In the event Coach Messy must cancel a session, you will receive the option to reschedule at no charge.

Facility Rules and Safety

Training sessions are conducted at Nytex Sports Complex in Fort Worth, Texas. All participants must:

• Comply with all facility rules and regulations
• Arrive with appropriate goaltending equipment in good working condition
• Follow all safety instructions provided by Coach Messy
• Report any injuries or medical conditions prior to training
• Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Inherent Risks: You acknowledge that participating in hockey and goaltending training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other harm. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Coach Messy, its instructors, employees, and affiliated facilities from any and all claims, damages, or injuries arising from your participation in training sessions.

Medical Treatment: In the event of injury during a training session, you authorize Coach Messy to secure emergency medical treatment if necessary. You are responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

Insurance: Participants are strongly encouraged to maintain their own health and accident insurance coverage.

Age and Guardian Consent

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the booking process and provide consent for training. The parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor participant.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and training materials, is the property of Coach Messy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

Training Materials: Any personalized training plans, video analysis, or materials provided during sessions are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

Photography and Video Release

By participating in training sessions, you consent to being photographed or videoed for training purposes, promotional materials, and social media content. If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please notify Coach Messy in writing.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and positive attitude. Coach Messy reserves the right to terminate services to any individual who:

• Displays disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• Violates facility rules or safety protocols
• Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Fails to pay for services rendered

Termination of services for violation of conduct policies will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Modifications to Services

Coach Messy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Messy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coach Messy from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coach Messy regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
